Sharing notes

Once Granola has generated notes for your meeting, there are a few different ways you can share them so that others can benefit from the summary of the meeting.

Your notes are never shared with any participants unless you share the link, or add the note to a folder.

How to share a note

After a note has been generated, you can use 'Shared' button to view who has access to the notes.

Copy link will copy a unique URL link to the meeting notes, which you can send to others. You can edit the access to the link by clicking the dropdown.

Granola prioritizes your privacy, and does not auto-share your notes to attendees.

Sharing to an integration

You can also use the 3 dots to share to your preferred integrations:

  • Copy text will copy the whole note onto your clipboard

  • Email will open a gmail draft with the note contents copied in

  • Our Slack, Notion, HubSpot and Affinity and Zapier integrations can be used to share a note to those platforms

What does someone else see?

Anyone you share to can:

  1. Read the note

  2. Hover over a particular point to get more context from the transcript

  3. “Ask Granola” more questions about the meeting

For privacy reasons, they won't be able to read the full transcript. If you'd like to share meeting notes with the full transcript, try adding them to a shared folder.
