Deleting and recovering notes

If you've created a note by accident, or you don't have any need for it any more, you can delete it by hovering over a note and clicking the three dots on the right-hand side of the note, then selecting 'delete'.

Recovering deleted notes

If you've accidentally deleted a note and need it recovered, it can be restored within 30 days of deletion. Please email us at hey@granola.so for assistance with this recovery process.

In order to restore a note, we will need:

• Meeting Title

• Meeting Date

• Meeting Time (with time zone)

Permanent note deletion

Once you've deleted a note, it will remain on our servers for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you need a note to be permanently deleted immediately, we can assist with that as well. Please email us at hey@granola.so with the same information.

In order to permanently delete a note, we will need:

• Meeting Title

• Meeting Date

• Meeting Time (with time zone)

Trash

We're working on adding a 'trash' feature that will allow you to restore deleted notes yourself, or permanently delete them immediately.
