Crunched is your personal year in review: a celebration of everything you've accomplished in your meetings throughout 2025.

What is Crunched?

Think of it like Spotify Wrapped, but for your work life. Crunched looks back at your year of meetings and surfaces highlights like:

Your biggest achievements and milestones
People you've collaborated with most
Stats on your meetings (how many, how long, busiest day of the week)
Your most-used phrases and catchphrases
Other fun insights from your year

It's designed to be a moment to appreciate the work you've done, and maybe share a laugh at the patterns Granola spotted along the way.

Where does Crunched get its data?

Crunched is built entirely from your existing Granola notes and transcripts. It doesn't pull from anywhere else: no emails, no calendar descriptions, no external sources. Just the meetings you've already captured in Granola throughout the year.

Who can see my Crunched?

Only you. Your Crunched is completely private by default. No one else - not your teammates, not your manager, not other meeting participants - can see your year in review unless you actively choose to share it.

Yes, if you want to! You can share specific cards or insights from your Crunched to social media or with colleagues using the ‘Share’ button on each slide. But sharing is entirely optional and always initiated by you. Nothing is ever shared automatically.

What if Crunched surfaces something sensitive?

We've built Crunched to focus on achievements and positive highlights, but we know not every meeting is a celebration. If Crunched surfaces something from a difficult period - a tough project, a hard conversation - we're sorry. That wasn't our intention.

We've put safeguards in place to avoid surfacing sensitive content, but AI isn't perfect. If your Crunched doesn't feel right for you this year, you can dismiss it and please do send us some feedback so we can make it better for next year.

What if something looks wrong?

Crunched uses AI to identify your highlights, and it doesn't always get it right. If you spot an achievement that wasn't really yours, or a stat that seems off, that's the AI making its best guess from your meeting content. We're always working to improve accuracy, and feedback helps us get better.

Can I skip Crunched?

Absolutely. If Crunched isn't for you, for any reason - you can dismiss the banner and it won't appear again. No pressure, no questions asked.

Can I look at my Crunched again if I’ve dismissed it?

Yep - it’s in the menu in the bottom-left of Granola.

I have concerns about my data

Crunched doesn't change how Granola handles your data. It simply presents information that's already in your account in a new format. Your notes, transcripts, and privacy settings all remain exactly as they were.
